"I... Stymie... Member in good standing of the He-Man Woman Haters Club... Do solemnly swear to be a he-man and hate women and not play with them or talk to them unless I have to. And especially: never fall in love, and if I do May I die slowly and painfully and suffer for hours - or until I scream bloody murder."

The plot of the Movie:
Mischievous youngsters Spanky and Buckwheat lead an anti-girl organization, and they pick their buddy Alfalfa to represent them in an all-important soapbox car rally. When the boys then find their driver canoodling with schoolmate Darla, they decide they must break up the couple. Unfortunately, while Spanky and his pals are busy meddling in Alfalfa's affairs, their prized race car is nabbed by two young toughs.

Penelope Spheeris's family comedy The Little Rascals is based on the classic theatrical "Our Gang" short subject series. Spanky (Travis Tedford), Porky (Zachary Mabry), Stymie (Kevin Jamal Woods), Buckwheat (Ross Elliot Bagley), Froggy (Jordan Warkol), and Uh-Huh (Courtland Mead) all belong to He-Man Woman Haters Club. Spanky who is the president of the Club calls a meeting to decide the driver for the upcoming go-cart derby. His best friend, Alfalfa (Bug Hall), has been chosen as the driver of “The Blur” for the club’s prize-winning undefeated go-cart.

When the announcement is made, Alfalfa is nowhere to be found in the meeting. The boys catch Alfalfa in the company of Darla (Brittany Ashton Holmes) and they find out he is in love with her, according to club rules, that is not allowed. Alfalfa invites Darla on a picnic, and Darla wishes to go to the clubhouse which belongs to He-Man Woman Haters Club. To prove his devotion to her, he agrees to have the picnic inside the clubhouse. To rescue Alfalfa and maintain the purity of their club, Spanky and the gang mess up a “romantic” picnic that Darla and Alfalfa are having in the clubhouse.

At one moment, when the gang tries to come inside the clubhouse, Alfalfa frantically tries to convince Darla to hide in the closet, which leads her to mistakenly believe that Alfalfa feels ashamed of her. In the frenzy, a candle flame gets out of control, unfortunately, their date-wrecking idea causes the clubhouse to be accidentally burnt down. Alfalfa is blamed and he has the penalty to guard the gang’s special racing go-cart “The Blur”.

Darla takes up with Waldo (Blake McIver Ewing), a conceited rich kid with whom she intends to sing a duet at the upcoming talent show. On the other side, the kids don’t have enough money to rebuild their clubhouse, they approached the bank to apply for a loan, but nothing is worked. So they planned to attend a talent show to earn money. Porky and Buckwheat, have unknowingly come up with $500. Their school teacher finds out about the scheme, but Spanky convinces her to use the funds as prize money for the go-kart derby.

Alfalfa learns that it was Spanky, who undermined his relationship with Darla. He heads to the talent show to impress her with a song but ends up spewing bubbles after drinking water adulterated by Waldo. Alfalfa and Spanky discover that the bullies Butch and Woim have nabbed “The Blur” to compete in the big race. Kids are now forced to quickly build a new car, they create one out of anything that they can find.

In the end, all enter the big race, with Waldo driving his go-cart with Darla as his navigator. Darla finds out what a louse Waldo is, and all ends happily ever after. Our Little Rascals won the race in a different style. Spanky must further reconsider his opinion of females upon learning that his racing idol, A.J. Ferguson, is a woman (Reba McEntire). The gang uses the prize money to rebuild their clubhouse, which will henceforth admit girls.
